BACM-2005-6 Decatur Sells 137 Units in Las Vegas

Washington View LP purchased the Regency Place Apartments at 2800 S. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas, NV from BACM 2005-6 Decatur Apartments LLC for $3.7 million, or about $27,000 per unit. Built in 1977, the 137-units, 133,324-square-foot multifamily building sold with deferred maintenance not limited to air conditioning and parking lot repair. The complex was sold "As-Is." The property was 90% occupied.
